Homemade Face Masks
Homemade face masks are inexpensive and consist of pretty much things that are easily available in your kitchen. This way you’ll be saving a lot of time and money. These masks will make your skin feel beautiful, radiant, glowing and fresh. Make sure to remove any traces of dirt or any leftover makeup before you apply the face mask on your face.
This mask is great for dry skin. All you need is some honey, aspirin and some coconut oil. Dissolve aspirin in some water. Let it sit for a few seconds and then start crushing the aspirin. It’ll speed up the dissolving process. Next you need to add a table spoon of honey. Honey works as a great moisturizer for the skin especially if it’s the dry kind. Now add a table spoon of coconut oil which also moisturizes your skin. Mix it all up until it has a nice consistency. Apply it on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes and you can wash it off with warm water afterwards.
This mask is great for oily skin. All you need is one cup of strawberries and some lemon juice. Blend these two ingredients together and when you’re done blending it’s ready to be applied to your face. Let this mask sit for 15 – 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water.
For this all you need is some sugar and some water. Add two table spoons of sugar and three table spoons of water into a bowl and mix it well. Apply this to your face in a circular motion away from your face and then you can wash it off with some warm water.
Turmeric face mask:
Start off by putting two tea spoons of turmeric into a bowl and after the turmeric take a spoon full of rice flour. Next add two spoons of yogurt and then squeeze half a spoon of honey. Once you’ve squeezed out the honey mix everything and make a fine paste. Apply a thin amount of this paste onto your face because this might be a little hard to wash off. Wait for 20 minutes before you wash it off.
This mask makes your skin look more radiant and it brightens it up as well. If you suffer from acne then this will work just perfect for you. It also reduces facial hair. You can also use it to get rid of dark under eye circles.
Blend half a cup of rice. Slice up a lemon and dip it in the rice powder. Apply it all over your face to brighten up your complexion. Rice has a lot of nutrients that your skin can benefit from.
If you’re struggling with acne then pour some honey into the bowl containing rice powder and mix it in. Now it’s ready to be used on your face as well as on your body. Honey has a lot of healing properties. It is an antibiotic. So it’s perfect for you if you want to get rid of acne.
