  • Infusion – preserves the maximum amount of vitamins and allows you to get intense taste. It is more convenient to prepare an infusion in a thermos, but a pan with a tight lid is also suitable. Pour boiling water over ginger, close the lid and let it stand for 12-24 hours.

Water sassi

Refreshing water, with a mild, unobtrusive taste, is perfect for daily use instead of a bottle of mineral water, which you usually take to the gym or carry in your purse. The following ingredients will be required for preparation:

  • 2 liters of purified water
  • 70 g of ginger root
  • 1 large or 2 medium cucumbers
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ portion of lemon

Cut the cucumber into thin slices, if you have to use winter greenhouse cucumbers – first clean them, as inorganic fertilizers accumulate in the peel. Grate on a fine grater, and gently rub the mint with your fingers to get more extractives.

Cut the lemon into circles, and, having folded all the components in a decanter, fill it with water at room temperature. The water is suitable filtered, bottled or melt, and if desired, you can diversify the cocktail with slices of mandarin, orange or grapefruit. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for the night, and tomorrow start your day with a glass of sassi. Cucumber-mint drinks for burning fat will be indispensable in the summer heat.

Cinnamon infusion

The spicy thick aroma of cinnamon is more suitable for the cold season, but nothing prevents you from using it year-round if you like the cinnamon smell. Smelling sticks have a unique ability to stimulate the production of insulin – the hormone that is responsible for converting glucose into energy. To prepare cinnamon infusion you will need the following products:

  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2-3 anise stars (star anise)
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 2 liters of water

Preparing fat-burning drinks at home is more convenient at night, so that in the morning the daily portion is ready, which you can take with you to work. Fold all the components in a thermos, cinnamon sticks can be previously broken into small fragments, and pour boiling water. Immediately tighten the lid tightly and leave to insist until morning. If there are no cinnamon sticks at hand, you can use 2 tbsp. powder, but in this case, the finished infusion will have to be filtered through gauze.

Lemon water

Despite the fact that this drink is allocated in the lymphatic drainage category, it has a slightly pronounced fat-burning effect, and also normalizes intestinal motility. So, if you suffer from constipation, lemon water will be the best choice, and you can prepare it in one of the following ways:

  • Dissolve ½ lemon juice in 2 liters of neutral taste mineral water – this composition is immediately ready for use.
  • 1 lemon cut into thin half rings, add 1 tbsp. liquid honey, mix and leave for a day so that the lemon juice is freed as much as possible. Then add 2 liters of cold purified water and stir.
  • ½ chopped lemon pour 1.5 liters of boiling water and let stand for 10-15 minutes. You can drink both hot, immediately after cooking, and in the cooled.

Instead of lemon, you can use lime, but the amount of citrus component should be reduced by a third.
